Hugo Colombo is the face of luxury developments.? If you know how business is done in Miami, you often wonder how he got there.? According to the City of Miami Beach who were recently investigating fraud in their bidding processes, Colombo was not implicated.? There is ?no evidence? CMC Group engaged in criminal wrongdoing in connection with bid-tampering allegations in the $1billion convention center project, the city attorney said.? Well, now, that?s a relief.
