Singer-songwriter Fiona Apple was arrested for possession of hashish at a checkpoint after drug-sniffing dogs detected marijuana in her tour bus.
Police found the four grams of marijuana and a plastic bag with about four grams of hashish in a backpack on the us.
The 'Criminal' singer was arrested after she admitted the drugs were hers and taken to Hudspeth County Jail -- where this mugshot was taken.
In the photo, the crooner has her eyes closed dressed in a black-and-white striped ensemble.
Apple "freely admitted that the controlled substances belonged to her and she was placed under arrest by U.S. Border Patrol agents and detained," according to a police release.
The arrest happened at West Texas Border Patrol, the same border checkpoint where Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson, Paul Wall and Armie Hammer were also arrested.
She was released on a $10,000 bond. However, her Austin concert has been indefinitely postponed.
