I don't think not using Zillow equals Bad Agent/Agency or need to run to an attorney to cancel the contract ;)
Communication with your Agent is important and Marketing (How the agent was going to market/use what sites) is/was something you should have covered at the beginning ...when you hired them
Have you talked to your Agent, learned why they don't market to Zillow, how they Market..success rate ect....it's worth having that talk imo
